2.  Qualification requirements:

The water in oil analyzers provided by VENDOR shall be the mature products of the manufacturers, new trial products would not been accepted. The products provided by VENDOR should have at least two projects（Limited to signing the contract after July 1, 2012,each project should have not less than 3 sets） had successful applications in offshore platform or FPSO or land receiving terminal for offshore oil and gas for five years ( From the date of acceptance of delivery or the certificate issued by USER). The VENDOR shall provide the corresponding documents (written material refers to: the contract and the delivery of acceptance or contract and the effective proof certificate issued by the operator). If the above documents do not contain the name of the facility where water in oil analyzer is located and the information of the user, the bidder shall provide a valid document. Failure to submit a performance document or the performance document provided cannot verify the time of signing, the name of the goods, the quantity of supply, the environment of use, and the techniques of microwave measurement are considered invalid.
